The client was seeking a full renovation of the pathology lab on the fifth floor of the existing Haupt building with expert mechanical systems installation.
Heritage was able to fast track all mechanical systems installation services to meet aggressive deadlines while also keeping costs under budget. Thanks to Heritage’s expert and efficient work—including optimum heating capability, energy savings, prefabricated ductwork for timely installation and a tailored fit, appropriately controlled conditions for maintaining reliable information technology operations, comfortable and productive lab space—the renovated lab was completed as desired.
Heritage provided full mechanical installation services, including:
- Installed 88,000 lbs. of sheet metal ductwork
- Installed approximately 500 feet of fabricated piping
- Installed one 36,000-cfm factory-fabricated air handling unit, assembled in field
- Installed one 36,000-cfm packaged heat recovery unit
- Installed two 4,500-cfm fume hood exhaust fans
