SCOPE OF SERVICES
Working with its sister company, Penguin Air Conditioning, Heritage acted as the sheet metal contractor for this prestigious, high-end, internationally known retailer. The scope of work was concentrated on the building’s eleventh floor, where Heritage installed four fans and three air handling units, as well as all galvanized sheet metal ductwork. The ductwork, which required approximately 49,000 pounds of sheet metal, was manufactured in Heritage’s fabrication shop.
EMCOR SOLUTIONS
While meeting this project’s fast-track objectives, Heritage and the project’s carpenters worked together to install approximately 1,000 feet of linear diffusers. After Heritage installed the diffusers, the carpenters closed the ceiling and finished the job.
