Anthony Mallozzi, LEED AP, Senior Project Manager at Heritage Mechanical Services

Anthony Mallozzi, LEED AP

Assistant Vice President

Value Delivered

As Assistant Vice President, Anthony oversees delivery of the high-quality projects and responsive services clients need to keep their facilities comfortable and productive. His responsibilities cover virtually all project activities, from creating estimates, budgets, and schedules, to tracking project progress, ensuring satisfactory project turnover, and mentoring Assistant Project Managers. He also monitors costs, analyzes budgets, plans manpower, hires and manages subcontractors, and negotiates change orders.

For optimum quality control, he develops punch lists of items that need to be completed or corrected and inspects the finished work. Throughout the process, he maintains the management communications required to ensure that all mechanical, HVAC, and sheet metal service projects are completed on time and on budget while meeting the client’s highest expectations.

Expertise

Anthony joined Heritage Mechanical Services in 2001, holding the positions of Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager before taking his current post. He has worked on high-rise apartment and office buildings, retail stores, universities, and healthcare, public, and government facilities. He earned Heritage Mechanical’s MVP Award for Outstanding Project Leadership in 2009 and several of his projects have won awards, including One River Terrace, which garnered LEED gold certification, and the Bronx Library, which was certified LEED silver. Anthony’s mechanical engineering background makes him a valuable resource for identifying mechanical and HVAC systems installation and construction issues on previously installed air side systems.

Anthony holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from New York Institute of Technology. A LEED-accredited professional, he has also taken the OSHA 10-hour course and is a member of Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA) of Long Island.

The Personal Side

In addition to spending time with his wife and son, Anthony is also an avid New York Yankees and New York Giants’ fan.
