Anthony oversees delivery of the high-quality projects and responsive services customers need to keep their facilities comfortable and productive. His responsibilities cover virtually all project activities, including:

  • Creating, monitoring, and updating estimates, budgets, and schedules
  • Helping to ensure satisfactory project turnover
  • Mentoring Assistant Project Managers
  • Manpower planning and scheduling
  • Subcontractor management
  • Negotiating change orders
  • Punchlist development and final inspection

Anthony provides the management connection required to help ensure that all mechanical, HVAC, and sheet metal service projects are completed on time and on budget, while meeting the customer’s highest expectations.  

Expertise

Anthony joined Heritage in 2001, and has held the positions of Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Assistant Vice President, before taking his current post. 

His project experience includes high-rise apartment and office buildings, retail stores, universities, healthcare, and public and government facilities. His projects have ranged in value from $24,000 to $60 million.

Several of Anthony’s projects have won awards and certifications, including:

  • HMS MVP Award for Outstanding Project Leadership
  • MSK David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care, LEED Healthcare Gold
  • World Trade Center Tower 3, One River Terrace, LEED Gold
  • Moynihan Train Hall, LEED Silver
  • The Bronx Library, LEED Silver

Anthony holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from New York Institute of Technology, is a LEED-accredited professional, has completed the OSHA 30-hour safety course.

He is also a member of Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA) of Long Island.

The Personal Side

In addition to spending time with his wife and two children, Anthony is also an avid New York Yankees, New York Giants, New York Rangers and AS ROMA soccer fan.
