Chris works with owners and general contractors to help ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of high-performance projects.

His responsibilities include:

  • Project budgeting and scheduling
  • Coordinating in-house and subcontractor manpower
  • Handling change orders and submittals
  • Overseeing equipment procurement and delivery
  • Scheduling and managing piping and sheet metal fabrication of mechanical system components
  • Performing all project closeout tasks

Throughout a project’s progress, his goal is to help ensure that project delivery both meets contractual specifications and maximizes customer satisfaction.

Expertise

Chris joined Heritage 21 years ago as an Assistant Project Manager and has worked his way up to his current position, where he oversees projects valued at up to $36 million.

He and his projects have earned several awards and certifications:

  • HMS MVP Award for Outstanding Project Leadership, 2013 
  • 250 W 55th Street, certified LEED Gold
  • 510 Madison Ave, certified LEED Gold
  • NY Proton Center, one of the first of its kind in the state

A proficient auto-CAD operator, he also spent two years as a design mechanical engineer with an engineering company, where he drafted and designed HVAC systems.

Chris obtained his diploma in mechanical engineering from PVP Institute of Technology in India and has a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from the New York Institute of Technology. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.

The Personal Side

In addition to spending time with his wife and two children, Chris enjoys skiing, shooting sporting clay, hiking, and playing soccer and tennis.
