Assistant Controller / HR Administrator
Stacy provides the cost accounting and ledger analysis that is vital to Heritage’s critical business decisions. She assists management in the development of budgets and forecasts to aid in business planning and development.
She also compiles financial reporting information to help ensure compliance with corporate reporting requirements and prepares pertinent schedules for the completion of the corporate income tax return.
Additionally, Stacy helps manage the accounting staff that provides the necessary support to our operational staff.
In addition to her accounting functions, Stacy oversees the administration of Human Resources and Payroll, ensuring that company policies are followed and governmental requirements for reporting and tax payment are met.
Stacy has worked with Heritage for more than 21 years. She played an integral part in the implementation of new accounting software when she first started, and she now maintains the accounting system and all the inquiries and reports key to business management.
In addition to her diverse capabilities, Stacy heads the execution of all internal and external audits.
Stacy holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Suffolk County Community College and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Dowling College. She has also completed several leadership training courses with Dale Carnegie.
In her downtime, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys. She can be found most of the time on the soccer field or running her kids to other various activities.
