Lynn works directly for the Chief Executive Officer, providing administrative support to the leadership team, office staff, and across the broader organization. 

Her responsibilities include calendar maintenance, minute taking, travel arrangements, contract monitoring, and other office operations. She completes pre-qualifications, customer data forms, and maintains the company’s status on various state databases. As the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, she screens and answers calls and maintains the company phone directory. 

Additionally, Lynn also works closely with the Estimating Department, helping them with the bidding process as well as the buyout of products and services. She liaises with vendors and subcontractors and helps manage files for quotes, purchase orders, and subcontracts. 

Approaching work with a “can-do” attitude, Lynn is ready to jump in to do whatever work needs to get done, whether it’s helping to set up a meeting, planning a dinner or golf outing, or putting in other extra efforts to keep the office flowing smoothly. 


Joining the Heritage team in 2010, Lynn brought with her over 20 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant. 

Lynn has technical expertise in a wide range of administrative software, computer tools, digital calendars, and more. Throughout her career, she has also built a deep well of knowledge on office efficiency and productivity which she has used to help streamline a number of processes at Heritage Mechanical. 

The Personal Side

A passionate cook, when Lynn isn’t in the office she’s usually in the kitchen, making something for her family and loved ones. She also enjoys playing golf with her husband and relaxing at home.
